My old computer died along with my iTunes, how can I transfer my iPod Touch data onto my new computer?

So my oldcomputer died...along with my iTunes which contained all my stuff. I do haveall the data on my iPod Touch, though. I want to know any programs that can transfer all of my data in my iPod Touch onto my new computer. This includes notes, songs, videos, lyrics, contacts, photos, apps especially, and other things (basically everything!!). If there is a way to do it without downloading anything. That'll be great. I'm also good as well with any programs (just has to be free). Plz help me!!! You can SSH the music off your iPod (I wouldn't recommend this as I did this and it forces you to use iTunes but if your okay with not knowing you songs name then go right ahead with this method, iTunes knows the song name so you can find the songs using it) but there are also some programs you can get on the internet that will take the files off your iPod for you so they are on your computer. Don't worry about the apps as those should go on the computer you are syncing with through iTunes
