How do I separate my data into significantly different groups?

Let's say I have an array of data... I want to separate them into 3 groups such that each group is statistically significant from the other when I perform ANOVA... I think there's a way to do this... I'm not sure...

Thanks!How do I separate my data into significantly different groups?
ANSWER: Separate into ';FACTORS'; and ';LEVELS';

For example: FACTOR = temperature, FACTOR = time

For example: LEVEL = cold temperature, hot temperature. LEVEL = 5 seconds, 10 seconds
