How do I save all the data in firefox, passwords and stuff?

I wanted to reinstall windows and I dont want to lose all the data stored in firefox. And i wont remember most of them.How do I save all the data in firefox, passwords and stuff?

to export bookmark goto bookmarks%26gt;Organize bookmark%26gt;Import and Backup%26gt; and click backup, this will save your bookmarks





passwords:


to export passwords you will need to install and password exporter add-on which is available from firefox website

You know it's not so advisable in keeping temporary files from internet you know. But why don't you try saving the Pages on it like there is file bar in the Firefox then click the ';save page';.
Is there a reason, that you want to reinstall windows. It is a very drastic


Thing to do. Is it really necessary. I do not think, that you are very experienced in doing that kind of things with your computer.


You know that you have to have a genuine CD with activation code.


You need to reinstall all the drivers and when you do not have them on a CD, you will have to look for those first on the internet.


Not only you have to save at the data etc stored in firefox. but you need to back up all you personal files. like. pictures, movies. music. documents . Unless you have a second partition where you can copy thoem to, you need to make a backup cd/dvd





When the reason is, because your computer has gone slow on you or you have viruses. there are ways to solve those problems without having to format your pc.
