Is there any way to download this data for free? Listing info such as square footage, room count, address, bathrooms, etc.
I don't want to get the data for just a few homes on the market. I want to be able to download all of the data.How do you download all of the real estate data of all homes on the market?
www.realtor.com does this already. You would have to hold brokers licenses for every state to legally access this information anyway.

There is no central database for such information. The only national source is www.realtor.com, and they offer no download databases.
For free ? Impossible. For a hefty fee? Still not rational.
WHY not volunteer what you would do with this data if you had
it-perhaps we can make alternative suggestions for your real objectives!
[i doubt a current professor of real estate would even have that
data; he would need someone to obtain data on over 2,000,000
properties!]
