How can I copy data from a microcontroller to an identical one?

I have data and programs stored on a AT89C55WD chip and wanna copy the programs to another AT8955WD. How can I do so? Do I need a special kinda programmer?How can I copy data from a microcontroller to an identical one?
Copy it first to a computer. There must be some command to upload data from the uC to PC. Later, you can donload the same to another uC, as you usually do.
